Tagline: Sell globally. Grow your revenue. Aristokrates OÜ becomes
the legal seller of record on every card sale: it issues the buyer invoice in its own name, charges and
remits the correct VAT or sales tax for the buyer's country, and carries the chargeback liability. The
merchant keeps the product, the pricing and the customer relationship.

Every account includes AI agents:

  with what they already pay, scores the pricing out of 100 across seven weighted categories (pricing

## What makes AgentaOS different: Pricing Intelligence
Every applicant gets a human review before approval, not just a risk decision. AgentaOS reads the
merchant's terms, privacy policy and refund pages, checks the pricing structure and renewal terms,
walks the signup and checkout the way a customer would to find broken flows and bugs, and flags the
gaps outside the checkout that lose money. The findings are sent in writing within 24 hours and
the merchant keeps the report whether or not they sell with AgentaOS. It is the reason AgentaOS onboarding
takes more steps than a self-serve signup.

## Is AgentaOS the cheapest Merchant of Record?
No, not per sale. Per sale, Creem (3.9% + $0.40) and Dodo Payments (4% + $0.40) are cheaper. AgentaOS is
4.5% + EUR 0.50 per card sale on pay as you go (no monthly fee), or 4% + EUR 0.40 on Pro (EUR 49 a month), with
no subscription surcharge. Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and Polar start at 5% + $0.50; Lemon Squeezy and Polar add 1.5%

## Who it is for
AI-native SaaS founders, solo builders and small teams selling ready-made digital products:
SaaS, subscriptions, memberships, online courses, templates, downloads, API access, AI agents,
credits and metered usage. Because AgentaOS is the legal seller, merchants supply their product to AgentaOS and do not need
their own company or tax registrations abroad. Every merchant is reviewed and verified before approval.

## What cannot be sold
Physical goods, in-person events and tickets, standalone community access, sponsorships, donations,
pure professional services (consulting, coaching, advisory), custom or project-based client work,
adult content, regulated financial services, and anything a bank or card network treats as high risk.
The rule: a ready-made digital product qualifies; paying for someone's time does not.

## Tax handling
Place of supply is determined from billing address, card issuing country and IP. The correct VAT, GST
or US state sales tax is applied at checkout, with reverse charge for valid B2B VAT numbers. Returns
are filed through EU OSS and IOSS and through direct registrations elsewhere, covering 135+ jurisdictions.

## Payouts
Twice monthly to the merchant's own bank account in EUR or USD. New accounts have roughly a 14-day
incoming clearance period. A self-billing invoice is issued in the merchant's name for every payout.

## Refunds, disputes, chargebacks
Buyers always receive 100% of what they paid, including tax. Refund processing is free; the original
transaction fee is not returned. Refunds typically reach the buyer's bank in 5 to 10 business days.

## Security and compliance
AgentaOS is not a bank. Buyers pay Aristokrates OÜ as seller of record. The merchant Balance is a
contractual claim on Aristokrates OÜ, not a deposit or escrow. Card acquiring is Stripe (PCI DSS hosted
fields; PAN never stored on AgentaOS servers). Settlement is Bridge (EMI). Payouts are Wise.

## Onboarding
Pricing Intelligence results are sent before the account review begins. Account approval, including the ID check, usually takes minutes. Required: a product that is live and
purchasable, visible pricing, a privacy policy and terms, a support email on the product's own domain,
