### How much does Stripe Atlas cost per year?

Atlas is \$500 to set up. After that a Delaware LLC pays \$400 a year in state tax (a C-corp pays at least \$175 plus a \$50 report), the registered agent is \$100 a year from year two, and a foreign-owned LLC files Form 5472 every year.
