## Questions

### How much does Paddle charge per sale?

Paddle charges 5% + 50¢ per checkout transaction, with no monthly fee. On a \$30 sale that is \$2.00, so \$28.00 goes to your balance.

### Does Paddle charge for payouts?

Not when the payout currency matches your bank’s country: USD to a US bank by ACH, EUR to a eurozone bank by SEPA. If they differ, the payout goes by SWIFT and costs \$/€/£15. Payoneer payouts carry Payoneer’s own fees.

### Does Paddle charge for currency conversion?

If your payout currency differs from your balance currency, Paddle may add a conversion margin of up to 1.5% at the point of payout.

### When does Paddle pay out?

Once a month. Payouts start on the 1st when your balance is over your payout threshold, which is at least \$100. A lower balance rolls over to the next month.

### Is Paddle a merchant of record?

Yes. Paddle is the seller on each sale and handles sales tax, VAT, fraud, chargebacks and buyer support, all inside the 5% + 50¢.
