How do I charge a US client by card if I am outside the US?
Send your client a card checkout or a monthly card invoice through a Merchant of Record such as AgentaOS. We are the official seller, so you do not need a US company or a US bank account: your client pays by card in USD, we handle the invoice, the US sales tax and chargebacks, and you get paid to your own bank or wallet twice a month. The alternative is to open a US company remotely (for example with Stripe Atlas, $500 to set up plus yearly Delaware tax and US filings) and use a payment processor yourself.
