Analytics — We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. No cookies, no personally identifiable information.

API keys — If you integrate via API, we issue authentication keys stored securely and revocable by you at any time.

• Private keys — We never generate, store, or access your wallet private keys
• Funds — We do not hold or custody any funds
• Seed phrases — We never see or store recovery phrases

3. Blockchain Data

Transactions occur on public blockchains. On-chain data is public, not stored by us, and immutable. Your wallet address is pseudonymous unless you choose to link it to your identity.

• To provide and improve AgentaOS
• To send product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To provide technical support

5. Third-Party Services

We use Umami (analytics, no cookies), MailerLite (email), and Cal.com (demos). Transactions are processed by smart contracts on public blockchains.

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your data from our systems
• On-chain data cannot be deleted — this is a property of blockchain technology

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures. API keys are stored encrypted. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
