What is the best Stripe Atlas alternative?
If you only need a US company to take card payments, you may not need one at all. Stripe Atlas costs $500 to set up, then a Delaware LLC pays $400 a year in state tax, a foreign-owned LLC must file Form 5472 every year, and you still register and file VAT and sales tax yourself. Do I need a US company to sell to US customers?
No. With AgentaOS, US customers pay by card and we are the official seller, so sales tax is ours to handle. You can sell as an individual.
How much does Stripe Atlas cost per year?
Atlas is $500 to set up. After that a Delaware LLC pays $400 a year in state tax (a C-corp pays at least $175 plus a $50 report), the registered agent is $100 a year from year two, and a foreign-owned LLC files Form 5472 every year.
Is AgentaOS cheaper than Stripe Atlas?
