How do I take card payments for coaching, consulting or design services?
Package the service at a fixed price and sell it through a Merchant of Record that accepts services. Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and Stripe’s own Merchant of Record product exclude coaching, consulting and design. AgentaOS sells fixed-price service packages and monthly retainers, by card or subscription, once we approve them.

Pure services such as consulting, coaching or IT services are on its prohibited list unless they belong to a software product.

“Services of any kind”, including marketing, design, web development and consulting, are prohibited.

Professional services and live 1-1 coaching do not qualify, and it is open only to businesses in 35 locations.
Sell the service as a package
Give it a fixed scope, price and delivery time. “Logo and brand kit, 5 days, €450” or “Monthly SEO retainer, €600 a month” can be bought by card from a checkout link, like a product.

Can I charge a monthly retainer?
Yes. A retainer is a subscription: the client pays by card every month until either side cancels.
Do clients outside Europe pay more?
Not you: your price stays the same. On the free plan our fee is 1.5% higher for cards issued outside Europe; on Pro it is flat.
Can I still invoice by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer on EUR sales costs 1.5%.
