Yes. From Chile you can sell digital products, courses, SaaS and services to buyers in 190+ countries, as an individual or a company, and get paid to your own bank in Chile in EUR or USD, twice a month. Stripe does not accept sellers based in Chile.

The retention on boletas de honorarios is 15.25% in 2026, up from 14.5% in 2025. Under Law 21.133 it rises to 16% in 2027 and 17% in 2028, funding social security coverage for independent workers. SII

Services provided to people without domicile or residence in Chile are VAT exempt if the National Customs Service (Aduanas) qualifies them as exports. The service must be used abroad. Aduanas keeps a list of pre-qualified services; others need a request, decided within 35 business days. SII

Do I need a EUR or USD account?
Yes. Payouts are paid in the same currency as your balance, EUR or USD, so you need a EUR or USD account at your bank (a foreign currency account). No currency conversion happens inside a payout.
