“Limited” usually means payouts only through PayPal, or an account that can send but not hold money. Paddle counts a country as yes when it is not on its unsupported list; it still reviews every business. Source: each provider’s own public list, checked 2026-10-06. Open data: CSV · JSON.

Which countries does Stripe not support?

How can I accept payments if Stripe is not available in my country?

Use a merchant of record that pays out to your country. It sells to your buyer in its own name, handles VAT and sales tax, and pays you. You can usually start as an individual, with no company abroad.

Does Stripe Atlas solve it?

Atlas forms a US company you can use with Stripe, but that company then has its own US filings and costs, such as Delaware tax and IRS Form 5472, every year.

Where does this list come from?

From Stripe’s public list of supported countries and each other provider’s own country or payout list, checked 2026-10-06. The full table is open data (CSV and JSON).
