Stan Store not available in my country: what can I use?
The problem“I sell a guide and coaching packages from my Instagram bio. Stan will not let me connect Stripe in my country, and PayPal will not let me receive money either.”
If Stan Store is not available in your country, it is because Stan pays creators through a Stan-managed Stripe account in 39 listed countries, and through PayPal everywhere else. Where neither works, as in N. Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Pakistan, Nigeria and Turkey, keep your link-in-bio and sell through a checkout that pays out where you live. Why won't Stan let me connect Stripe?
Usually because of your country. Stan's help page Why Won't Stan Let Me Connect with Stripe? (updated 27 August 2025) says "the most common reason is that Stan's Stripe integration may not be available in your country", and if you are not on the list "you will need to use PayPal as your payment processor".
You also cannot bring your own Stripe account. Stan says you will "create a new Custom Stripe account that is managed by Stan. You will not be able to connect an existing Stripe account" (How to Connect Stan with Stripe, updated 9 October 2026). So a Stripe account opened in another country does not help on Stan, and once you pick a country, Stan warns "you will not be able to edit it later from your Stan Settings".
Which countries does Stan Store support?
Stan's Countries Available for Stripe Custom Accounts (updated 28 September 2026) lists 39 entries: the United States, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, all 27 EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates "within a Free Zone Establishment". Puerto Rico is excluded.
None of N. Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Pakistan, Nigeria or Turkey is on it. For everyone else Stan says: "If your country isn't supported by Stripe Custom, please let us know!" and "Stan also supports PayPal".
Can I use PayPal on Stan instead?
Only if PayPal lets you receive money where you live, and only with a PayPal Business account: "you'll need a PayPal Business account instead of a personal account" (How to Connect Stan with PayPal, updated 18 August 2025). Stan also says "PayPal is not available for Funnels".
In our check of 85 payout countries on 6 October 2026, PayPal could not receive money in 11, including N. Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Pakistan, Nigeria and Turkey. In those countries Stan has no payout route for you.

Where PayPal works (Serbia, Albania, Bosnia), the money goes straight to your PayPal, so you are the seller: you handle the buyer's VAT and invoice yourself. Read EU VAT when you sell from outside the EU.
What can I use instead of Stan Store?
Keep the link-in-bio. Change who takes the payment.

What you can sell. Digital products, templates, e-books and online courses. Coaching and other services only as fixed-price packages: the same deliverable, price and delivery time for every buyer, approved per account (Terms, section 21). Not allowed: work scoped per client, time sold by the hour, standalone community access, donations and physical goods (Terms, section 5).
How do I set it up, step by step?
- Check your country. Find it on our country list. In Pakistan and Nigeria, open a USD account at your bank.
- Pick what you sell. One product per link: a guide, a template pack, a course, or a fixed coaching package such as "3 calls and a written plan, €150".
- Prepare delivery. For a file, a download link on a thank-you page. For a package, a page that explains what happens next and how to book.
- Create the product. In AgentaOS, add a name, a price in EUR or USD and the type One-time. Under After payment, click + Redirect buyers after payment and enter your thank-you page as the Success URL (payment links docs).
- Put the buyer link in your bio. Copy the product's buyer link (it starts with app.agentaos.ai/pay/) into your bio or your link-in-bio page. One link can be paid any number of times.
- Test it on a phone. Open the link from your bio, pay once, check you land on the thank-you page, then refund yourself from the dashboard.
- Get paid and declare it. New sales clear for 14 days, then go out on the next payout once you have at least €50 or $50 available (payouts docs). Declare the income at home; ask a local accountant.

When is AgentaOS the wrong choice?
If you live in a country on Stan's Stripe list, stay on Stan: everything is in one place. If PayPal works for you and you are happy handling your own VAT, Stan with PayPal may be enough. If you sell community access, or custom work quoted per client, we cannot take it. New accounts start with 15% of each sale held for 120 days, and service packages carry the same hold (Terms, section 9).

Stan takes card payments through a Stan-managed Stripe Custom account, which works in 39 listed countries. Elsewhere Stan offers PayPal. If PayPal cannot receive money where you live, Stan has no way to pay you.
Can I connect my own Stripe account to Stan?
No. Stan says you "will not be able to connect an existing Stripe account". You must create a new Stripe Custom account through Stan, in a country on its list, and Stan says you cannot change that country later.
Does Stan Store work in N. Macedonia, Serbia, Pakistan or Nigeria?

Can I sell coaching from my bio without Stripe?
Yes, as a fixed-price package: the same deliverable, price and delivery time for every buyer. AgentaOS approves packages per account. Hourly or per-client custom work is not allowed under our Terms.
What is a Stan Store alternative that pays out in my country?
